Snap Inc. Places International Headquarters in London

Snap Inc. has decided to place its international headquarters in London, reports Reuters. By registering sales in Britain, rather than routing them through lower tax countries, such as Ireland or Luxembourg, Snap is bucking a practice used by some U.S. tech firms.

Lionsgate Invests in E-Sports Team Immortals

Lionsgate made an undisclosed investment in e-sports team the Immortals, reports Variety. Lionsgate said The Immortals attracts 200 million fans in League of Legends, Counterstrike GO, Overwatch and Super Smash Brothers.

Crowd-Finance Startup MobileCause Raises $15M

Crow-finance platform MobileCause raised a $15 million Series B round led by Level Equity, reports Crowdfund Insider. The company plans to use the funds to accelerate product development and expand its sales and marketing efforts.
