Tape rolls out new video sharing app
 
Tape launched out of North Hollywood this week with a whole new way to edit and share videos. Users can combine up to eight videos with custom effects and music before sharing with friends on Facebook or Twitter. Mucker Capital eyes third VC
 
Santa Monica-based Mucker Capital has announced new fundraising efforts for the group's third venture capital fund, Mucker III, L.P. Zealot buys Hutch Media
 
The Venice-based digital studio, Zealot Networks, made news again this week with yet another acquisition, purchasing Hutch Media for an undisclosed amount of cash and equity. AssetAvenue names CIO

Glendale-based LegalZoom has acquired a $171 million line of credit, according to sources. LegalZoom is a provider of quality online legal solutions for families and small businesses. Fifth Street Asset Manager was listed as the investor.
