Impact ays its customers include Cabela's, Fanatics, Getty Images, Lenovo, Levi's, Shutterstock, Techstyle and Ticketmaster, and that it now has over 400 employees across ten offices.

VMIX Eyes Maven Networks' Customers

San Diego-based VMIX is eyeing customers of Maven Networks, a provider of video hosting owned by Yahoo, saying Wednesday that it will help customers of Maven to migrate to VMIX. VMIX said it is offering to migrate hosting and delivery of media to former Maven Networks customers to VMIX, without any transfer or setup fees.

Assistly is the second successful exit for Bard, who sold his last startup, Goowy, to AOL in 2008.
