| "Organizational Lifecycles and Alliance Success" Lifecycles of organizations affect the behavior of managers and the success of their alliances. Attendees will learn about the best lifecycle stage in which to launch and manage an alliance. Guest speaker Larraine Segil, respected national expert in Alliances and Strategic Partnerships, will discuss the point in an alliance where the cultural fit becomes a predominant measure of how the partnership is faring. Larraine will define a structural format for best processes in alliance management and focus on the three levels of strategic alliance culture.
