Los Angeles-bsaed Fastpoint Games , the online fantasy game development shop headed by Kelly Perdew, has shut down, according to a notice on the firm's site. According to the site, the firm is "winding down" all of its Fastpoint Games branded fantasy sports games over the next 45 days. The company was originally known as Rotohog.

According to RotoHog, it will operate a fantasy game for the tour, which will be available through AVP's web site. RotoHog said that the 2009 AVP Fantasy Challenge will launch in mid-March, with prizes for both short-term contest and full seasons; AVP will cross promote the fantasy game at events, online, and in its broadcasts.
