Westlake Village-based Zumbox , which is developing an electronic bill payment service, has raised an additional $9.7M in funding in August of 2009. Zumbox competes with such billing aggregation providers as Doxo. in funding, according to a regulatory filing by the firm. Source of the new funding was not disclosed.
