Fonality Leaves Los Angeles, Heads to Texas

In a loss to the Los Angeles technology industry, Voice over IP software developer Fonality has relocated its headquarters to Texas, the firm said today. Fonality said it will continue to maintain a "Center of Technology Excellence" in Los Angeles.
