Winc Postpones IPO

Santa Monica-based wine subscription service Winc postponed its IPO on Thursday. Winc was founded in 2011. Winc has not announced the reason for the delay. Winc had filed to raised $75M in an IPO, selling 5 million shares at between $14.00 and $16.00 Winc had filed to list on the NYSE as WBEV.

Santa Monica-based EdgeCast Networks , the content delivery network (CDN) provider headed by Alex Kazerani, said today that it doubled its annual revenues and headcount in 2011, over its 2010 numbers. EdgeCast said it added more than a thousand customers in 2011, including such sites as DailyMotion, Imgur, and posterous.
