Viasat To Power JetBlue's Airbus A220-300 Internet Service

Carlsbad-based Viasat will power JetBlue's new Airbus A220-300 fleet, the company announced this morning, in an expansion of Viasat's partnership with JetBlue. According to Viasat, its in-flight connectivity systems will be deployed on JetBlue's new fleet of 70 Airbus A220-300 aircraft, which will begin deliver in 2020, and with an option for 50 additional aircraft. Viasat has been providing in-flight wireless services for JetBlue since December of 2013. Financial details of the win were not announced.
