ServiceTitan Links With HVAC Giant Carrier

Los Angeles-based software developer ServiceTitan, which is led by Ara Mahdessian, has linked with heating, air conditioning, and refrigeration giant Carrier. According to ServiceTitan, it has been designated the preferred field service contractor software vendor for the Carrier and Bryant HVAC brands in the U.S. Financial details of the deal were not announced, however, ServiceTitan said the agreement will provide residential contractors for Carrier and Bryant access to its products, to help automate workflows and improve sales opportunities. ServiceTitan's software is used by contractors to manage billing, estimates, lead management, warranty tracking, and more.
