Elon Musk Hopes For Humans On Mars Within Six Years

Elon Musk, the CEO and founder of Hawthorne, California-based SpaceX, hopes to put human beings on Mars in six years, and an uncrewed landing on Mars in about two years, he said yesterday in Germany. Musk--accepting an award from media company Axel Springer in Germany yesterday--also said he hopes to get to orbit himself in the next two or three years. SpaceX is currently working on Starship, the company's spacecraft designed for traveling to Mars.
