ERP Power Acquired By Angeles Equity Partners

Moorpark, California-based ERP Power, which develops LED lighting power supplies and drivers, has been acquired by private equity firm Angeles Equity Partners, Angeles said Wednesday afternoon. Financial details of the acquisition were not disclosed. ERP Power, led by Michael Archer, is a major supplier of small form factor power supplies, used in LED lighting and solid state lighting applications. Those supplies convert household or commercial, AC power into the DC power needed to power LED lighting. Angeles Equity is based in Los Angeles.
