Pluto TV Acquired By Viacom For $340M

Los Angeles-based streaming television service Pluto TV, which offers up free streaming television to users through devices such as Roku, Amazon Fire TV, Apple TV, and Chromecast, has been acquired by Viacom in a deal worth $340M in cash, according to Viacom.
