Rubicon Project Completes Chango Acquisition

Los Angeles-based online advertising technology developer Rubicon Project said Monday that it has completed its acquisition of Chango, which develops intent marketing technology. Rubicon had announced the acquisition on April 1st. The deal was worth $122M. Chango was based in Toronto, Canada.
