Yardi Buys WUN Systems For Coworking Software, Systems

Santa Barbara-based real estate management software developer Yardi has acquired WUN Systems, the developer of technology used to manage coworking and shared workspaces, the company said late Wednesday. Financial details of the acquisition were not announced. According to Yardi, WUN Systems' entire team of more than 80 will continue to operate from its offices across the US and India. WUN Systems had its headquarters split between El Segundo and New York, NY. WUN's systems included software, hardware, and support services to help manage coworking and shared workspaces, including handling billing, bookings, leads, communications, Wi-Fi access, door access, and much more. WUN Systems' CEO was Dale Hersowitz.
