Willdan Wins Entergy

Anaheim-based Willdan Group, which provides professional and technical consulting services and software, said this morning that it has been selected by Entergy Corporation in a software deal. According to Willdan, Entergy is using LoadSEER, a modeling application developed by its software unit Integral Analytics, for electric grid data and analytics. Financial impact of the win was not announced. Willdan said its software will be used by Entergy for customer, distribution planning, and load forecasting. Entergy is an $11 bilion energy company with approximately 30,000 megawatts of electric generating capacity, which it delivers to customers in Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi and Texas.
