Avalon Ventures Gets Exit At Sitari Pharmaceuticals

San Diego-based biotech investor Avalon Ventures has scored an exit, saying late Tuesday evening that it has entered into a definitive agreement with GlaxoSmithKline (GSK), to sell Sitari Pharmaceuticals to GSK.
