Amazon Studios Eyes VR Content

Amazon Studios, the content production arm of Amazon.com which is based here in Los Angeles, is reportedly working on creating virtual reality content, with a number of local and other VR companies. According to TheWrap, it has been working with virtual reality companies about developing its own, original VR content, siilar to the original content it has already been creating for Amazon Prime. Amazon Studios has scored some major, major wins with that content, for series like "Transparent", and recently bought Woody Allen's latest film. Amazon has not announced any details on its VR efforts, and has yet to roll out VR content on Prime.
