DTS Virtual:X Deploys On Analog Devices DSP

Calabasas-based DTS, the developer of surround sound and sound processing software which is now owned by Xperi Corporation, says its technology is now available on Analog Devices, Inc. digital signal processing (DSP) products. According to DTS, its DTS Virtual:X SDKs are ready for integration into AVRs and sound bars using Analog Devices' various DSP products, including the ADSP-2148x, ADSP-2157x, ADSP-SC57x, ADSP-2158x. DSPs are specialized processors used for signal processing, and are typically used in high end audio products for audio shaping and processing.
