Arrowroot Capital Invests $38M In ClickFox

Santa Monica-based private equity investor Arrowroot Capital has invested $38M in big data and analytics software developer ClickFox, according to a regulatory filing from ClickFox this week. The funding, without financial details, was announced on April 30th. According to the filing, ClickFox is targeting a total of $41.1M in the funding round. Marco Pacelli is CEO of ClickFox, which is based in Denver, Colorado. Arrowroot Capital is led by Founder and Managing Partner Matthew Safaii; Arrowroot says it invests in business-to-business software companies.
