Clearlake Capital Buys Vision Solutions

Santa Monica-based private equity investor Clearlake Capital has acquired Vision Solutions, a developer of data protection, high availability, and cloud migration software. Financial details of the acquisition were not announced. Clearlake executives Behdad Eghbali, Prashant Mehrotra and Paul Huber, along with advisors Keith Bradley and Lonne Jaffe have all joined Vision Solutions' board as part of the acquisition. Clearlake said it was advised by UBS Investment Bank, Evercore, and Foros in the deal.
