MRV Swizzles CEO

Chatsworth-based MRV>, the developer of packet and optical networking components, said this morning that it has named Mark J. Bonney as the company's new President and CEO. Bonney previously served as the company's Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. The company said Bonney replaces David Stehlin, who the company resigned to "pursue other interests." MRV also named Stephen Krulik as Chief Financial Officer; Krulik was previously the company's Vice President of Finance. MRV said that Bonney is a turnaround expert, and has served at such companies as On Board Advisors, DireBrands, Amican Bank Note Holographics, Axsys Technologies, and Zygo Corporation.
