The phone system allows a support group to take calls practically anywhere in the world (as long there’s reception of course).  This allows groups to be either scheduled outside the office or even have a 24 hour call center.  Calls can now be received wherever and whenever, which allows businesses to take further advantage of supporting customers.  The business now isn’t tied down at headquarters, but also can be taken with you wherever you go.
