The funding was led by Alpha Edison, and also included Bonfire Ventures, Ten-One-Ten, Greycroft, Omega, and Miramar Ventures.

Thankful Expands To Europe

Venice, California-based AI customer service software developer Thankful said today that it is expanding into the European market, via a partnership with Netherlands-based Dixa. Thankful says its customers include Zendesk, Kustomer and Gladly. According to the companies, Dixa wil leverage Thankful's AI agent.
