Jacobs Buys FMHC Corporation

Pasadena-based engineering company Jacobs Engineering Group has acquired a provider of wireless communications site development, design, networking, construction, and other related services, the company said this morning. According to Jacobs Engineering, it acquired the assets of FMHC Corporation, based in Chicago, to help bolster its services. Financial terms of the deal were not announced. Jacobs is a major provider of construction-related services.
