Cloudbreak Health Finds $10M For Telemedicine Platform

Los Angeles-based Cloudbreak Health, which develops a platform used for telemedicine efforts, has raised $10M in an investment round, the company announced this morning. According to the company, the funding came from Columbia Partners Private Capital. The company said the new funding will go towards expanding its footprint, and for growth and product innovation. As part of the funding, Saul Waller, Vice President at Columbia Partners Private Capital will join the company's board. Cloudbreak says it provides its telemedicine services to healthcare venues, offering up everything from access to psychiatry, stroke, and ICU specialists to integrated language services for Limited English Proficient and Deaf/Hard-of-Hearing patients.
