Parasoft Links With Electric Cloud On Software Testing Support

Monrovia, California-based Parasoft, which develops software testing tools, said today that it has linked with Electric Cloud, a provider of cloud-based software testing services, to integrate their technologies. The two said the link would integrate Parasoft's service virtualization tools and Electric Cloud's software automation technology. The new link allows customers to use Parasoft's tools in continuous testing efforts--the shift by developers towards a rapid build-test-deploy cycle, often known better as DevOps. Financial details of the link between the firms was not announced.
