Taoglas Expands In San Diego, Plans Hiring

Taoglas, a developer of communications antennas, said it is expanding in San Diego, and has quadrupled its space in the city to 16,000 square feet. The company said it has set up an antenna and RF design center in San Diego, specifically to help address antenna needs for the M2M and Internet of Things industries. Taoglas said it plans to increase its staff by 50% this year, and expects to double that in the next three years. The company said it selected San Diego for the expansion, due to a strong, experienced talent pool in the areas of antenna and hardware design. Taoglas offers up a very wide range of antennas, including LTE, Bluetooth, WiFi, LoRa, NFC, to even UHF antennas, along with associated cable assemblies and connectors.
