StackSocial Expands Into Health And Fitness

Los Angeles-based StackSocial, which offers up online technology sales and deals on software and other products, is in a major expansion, saying yesterday that it has launched a new Health & Fitness category. The new business line for StackSocial features health and fitness gadgets, like fitness bands, headphones, heart rate monitors, Bluetooth speakers, and more. StackSocial is backed by 500 Startups, Siemer Ventures, EchoVC Partners, Amplify LA, as well as angels Paige Craig, Tim Draper, Penny Black, Jim Pallotta, Rick Merrill, Josh Resnick, Mark Schwartz, and Jeff Lapin.
