Willdan Completes Weidt Group Buy

Anaheim-based Willdan, which provides professional technical and consulting services across the electricity, energy efficiency, and other areas, says it has completed its acquisition of The Weidt Group. Financial details of the acquisition, which was originally announced last week, were not announced. The Weidt Group provides energy analysis and consulting services, and was owned by EYP.
