Fulgent Genetics Up Slightly In IPO Debut

Temple City-based Fulgent Genetics , closed its first day on the public markets up slightly, at $9.18 per share, after debuting at $9.00 per share this morning. The company priced at $9.00 a share on Wednesday night, and is now trading as FLGT on the NASDAQ Global Market. The company sold 4,200,000 shares of its common stock in the offering, raising $37.8M in its IPO.
