One Identity Acquires Balabit

Aliso Viejo-based One Identity, a developer of identity and access management software, has acquired Budapest, Hungary-based Balabit Corp., a developer of privileged access management (PAM), privileged account analytics and log management software. Financial details of the acquisition were not announced. One Identity says it has already been using Balabit's technology in its One Identity Safeguard solution. One Identity is a unit of Quest Software.
