ServiceTitan Links With HVAC Diagnostics Tool Provider

Los Angeles-based ServiceTitan, which develops a suite of software aimed at helping home service businesses with such tasks as CRM, dispatching, marketing automation, and more, said it has integrated its tools with iManifold, a residential heating, ventilation, and air conditioning diagnostics tool. iManifold is manufactured by North Park Innovations Group. According to ServiceTitan, the partnership will automatically import reports from iManifold into its customer job record, as well as integrate ito reports. Financial details of the integration effort were not announced. ServiceTitan is venture backed by Index Ventures, plus Dragoneer, T. Rowe Price, Battery Ventures, Bessemer Venture Partners and ICONIQ Capital. The company recently raised a big, $165M venture funding round, its Series D round, and also just moved into a new headquarters in Glendale.
