Los Angeles-based crowdsourced content startup Tongal has linked up with Nokia , to promote the creation of a virtual reality film project through its program, the companies said today. According to the two, the new virtual reality project, Look Around You , will challenge creators to develop 120-second shorts that bring virtual reality stories to life.
