The funding was led by ff Venture Capital, and also included North Base Media, Pereg Ventures, Indicator Ventures, Wavemaker Partners and others. cielo24 is led by Brian Plackis-Cheng. cielo24 develops technology to provide captions, transcripts, indexes and other data via an API.
