Rubicon Project Names New Board Member

Los Angeles-based Rubicon Project announced late Monday that it has added a new member to its board of directors. According to Rubicon, it appointed Sarah Harden, the current CEO of Hello Sunshine, to its board. Hello Sunshine is the media company of Reeese Witherspoon. Harden also previously served as President and Executive Vice President at Otter Media/The Chernin Group. Harden also was previously a board member of ESPN-Star Sports, Star China Media and The Moby Group. According to Rubicon Project, Harden brings ore than two decades of experience in digital media, entertainment and direct-to-consumer video to its board. Rubicon Project operates an online advertising exchange, and trades publicly on the NYSE as RUBI.
