Yardi Expands Renter Screening With Equifax Data

Santa Barbara-based property management software developer Yardi has expanded its renter screening service, ScreenWorks Pro, saying this morning that it has started providing access to payroll records from Equifax in the olution. According to Yardi, it now offers up intsant income and employment verification in its screening solution, in addition to credit reports, rental history and other publicly reportable civil or criminal records.
