SpaceX Wins $297M For New Air Force Launch Missions

Hawthorne-based SpaceX has scored $297M more in a launch contract from the U.S. Air Force, the launch three new missions into space. According to the Air Force Space and Missle Systems Center, SpaceX won one of two Expendable Launch Vehicle (EELV) launch services contracts, worth a total of $297M. The contract is for the delivery of three, Air Force missions--the AFSPC-44, NROL-85, and NROL-87 missions, into space.
