Los Angeles-based HelloSociety , the influencer marketing agency which is part of Science, Inc. , has been acquired by the New York Times, the company said late Friday. Financial terms of the all cash deal were not announced. HelloSociety develops tools to help marketers reach influencers on social media, including on Instagram, Pinterest, Vine, YouTube and blogs.
