Boingo Wins Dallas Love Field

Boingo Wireless, the Wi-Fi hotspot network operator, has scored a win at the Dallas Love Field airport, the company said today. The Los Angeles company said that it will will install, manage and operate neutral host Wi-Fi and DAS networks for the airport as part of a modernization initiative. Financial impact of the win was not announced. Boingo already operates Wi-Fi networks at a significant number of airports worldwide, though it has yet to get a chance at business at hometown airport LAX. Boingo said its enhanced wireless services will launch in Q1 2013 as part of the opening of a remodeled Love Field complex, with further rollout through 2014.
