Kyriba: More Than 1,000 Clients Worldwide

San Diego-based Kyriba , the venture-backed company which develops cloud-based software for treasury management, reported Wednesday that it now has more than 1,000 clients worldwide, with more than 45,000 users. Kyriba said that it added nearly 100 new clients in the first half of the year. The startup, led by Jean-Luc Robert, is venture backed by such investors as HSBC, BRED Banque Populaire, Daher Capital, Iris Capital and Upfront Ventures.

Report: Snapchat Only Had $3M In Revenues Between January and November of 2014

Venice-based instant messaging startup Snapchat , arguably Southern California's highest visibility "unicorn" startups, had a mere $3M in revenues between January and November of 2014, according to leaked documents published on Gawker. According to documents posted by the online publication, Snapchat lost $128M in the period, on only $3M in revenues.

Rustic Canyon Re-Ups On Cancer Portal Developer

Los Angeles-based venture investor Rustic Canyon Partners has re-upped on an investment in cancer portal developer Navigating Cancer , in a new, $10M investment. Navigating Cancer--which is based in Seattle--develops web-based portal software used by cancer treatment centers and programs. The round was led by Merck Global Health Innovation Fund, and also included ORIX Healthcare Capital in addition to the investment by Rustic Canyon Partners.

PneuDraulics Acquired By TransDigm For $325M

Rancho Cucamonga-based PneuDraulics , a manufacturer of highly engineered, pneumatic and hydralic components for the aerospace industry, has been acquired for $325M in cash by Cleveland-based TransDigm Group Incorporated. According to the companies, PenuDraulics employs approximately 275 people. The deal had been announced in July. TransDigm is a designer, producer, and supplier of aircraft components, both for the commercial and military aircraft market.

ParkMe said Texas A&M will allow customers to pre-purchase electronic parking passes online or on their smartphones for parking facilities near the university's football stadium, Kyle Field, for the 2015 football season.
