Seismic Acquires Grapevine6

San Diego-based Seismic, which develops sales enablement and marketing software, has acquired Grapevien6, a social and digital sales software developer. Financial terms of the acquisition were not announced. Seismic said the buy will power a new integrated offering it is calling Seismic LiveSocial, which will use the artificial intelligence (AI) engine created by Grapveine6. Seismic recently raised $92M in a Series F funding, and is led by co-founder and CEO Doug Winter. Grapevine6 was based in Toronto, Canada, and had been founded in 2013.
