Alorica Ramps Work-At-Home Program

Irvine-based outsource customer support provider Alorica said last week that it is ramping its "Alorica-At-Home" program, its existing work-at-home program for customer service. According to the company--which has had to shutter a number of its overseas customer support call centers in the last week due to increasing restrictions on workplaces due to the COVID-19 virus outbreak--the effort will help those who have recently lost their jobs with a chance to earn an income from the comfort of their home. Alorica has over 100,000 employees, most of them overseas. The company said it had to shut its call centers in the Dominican Republic and Guatemala last week.
