MaxLinear Names New Board Director

Carlsbad-based MaxLinear, a provider of radio frequency (RF) and other chips, says it has named Greg Dougherty to its board of directors. Daugherty is the prior CEO of Oclaro, where he was until December of 2018, when it was acquired by Lumentum. Dougherty also has served on the boards of Avanex Corporation, Picarro, and currently sits on the boards of Infinera, IPG Photonics, and Fabrinet. More information »
