Los Angeles-based MarketShare Partners , the marketing analytics technology developer led by Wes Nichols and Jon Vein, has been acquired by Neustar , in a deal worth $450M. According to Neustar, Marketshare generated $57M in revenues for the twelve months ended September 30, 2015. MarketShare was venture backed by FTV Capital, Elevation Partners, along with others.
