AdRev Acquired By Zealot Networks

Studio City-based AdRev , the digital rights management startup that also operates AudioMicro , has been acquired by Zealot Networks , according to AdRev founder Ryan Born. Financial terms of the acquisition were not announced. Zealot Networks already owned a majority of AdRev, having acquired that stake in 2014 for $20M. Born said he is no longer CEO of the company, but continues on as an Advisor to Zealot.
