Will Packer Media Buys xoNecole

Los Angeles-based production and content firm Will Packer Media said on Thursday that it has acquired women's lifestyle site xoNecole, a lifestyle site aimed at "urban millenial women". Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. Will Packer Media said it will accelerate growth of xoNecole, adding video, social and mobile offerings, plus a newsletter and event series. xoNecole was founded by blogger Necole Kane, and was created to promote positive images of women of color, featuring interviews, beauty, fashion, lifestyle, career and travel content.
