InTouch Health Acquires TruClinic

Santa Barbara-based InTouch Health, which provides telehealth services, said on Thursday that it has agreed to acquire TruClinic, a web-based telemedicine provider based in Salt Lake City, Utah. Financial details of the transaction were not announced. InTouchHealth said that TrueClinic specializes in direct-to-consumer virtual care solutions. InTouch Health said it will merge TruClinic into the company, where it will be led by Steve Cashman, recently appointed EVP of Marketing and Consumer Solutions.
