HyreCar Launches Mobile Application For Driver Verification

Los Angeles-based car sharing marketplace HyreCar--which connects ridesharing drivers with vehicle fleet owners--has launched a new, mobile application aimed at helping it with driver onboarding and verification. According to HyreCar, the app, which runs on both Apple iOS and Android devices, was developedi n conjunction with identity verification provider Mitek. HyreCar said the app allows drivers to more easily verify their identity when digitally applying to rent a car. HyreCar is led by CEO Joe Furnari.
