ServiceTitan Launches New Product, Plans Move Into Swank New HQ

Los Angeles-based ServiceTitan, which develops software for residential home services businesses, says it has launched a new, premium produt called Pricebook Pro--and also announced plans to move into a swank new headquarters in Glendale. According to ServiceTitan, its new software, which is used to generate estimates, includes "vivid images" and easy to understand service descriptions, to help businesses enhance estimates and generate higher sales. Pricing on the new product was not announced. In a separate announcement, the company also said it is planning to move into a new headquarters building in Glendale, a 125,000 square foot office space at 800 N. Brand. The building--which will include a big ServiceTitan sign on top--will be leased from Beacon Capita Partners. The new product and HQ move comes after ServiceTitan raised $165M in a funding round, which came from Index Ventures, as well as Dragoneer, T. Rowe Price plus Battery Ventures, Bessemer Venture Partners and ICONIQ Capital. ServiceTitan is led by co-founder and CEO Ara Mahdessian.
